HGTV fans, raise your hands! If you've been around us for any amount of time, you've probably come to realize what big fans we are of HGTV shows. As creators of one of home decor's biggest accessories (hello, pillows!), it's no wonder that you can find us "Netflix and chilling" with a remote in hand and endless hours of Fixer Upper, House Hunters, Flip or Flop, and Love It Or List It at any given moment. We really cannot help it: the inspiration is flat out contagious, and it's only a matter of time post-binge that we're taking on DIY home projects ourselves! Today, we're sharing a few of our favorite Love It Or List It transformations that made our jaws drop. We love seeing the transformations by Hilary Farr, and are confident these "before and afters" will serve to inspire YOU as you work to reach your new year's goals and continue sticking to those home-themed resolutions. 

1) Dark & Drab --> Bright & Fab | Living Room Makeover
Nothing makes a home more depressing than dark colors and drab walls. This transformation of dark and drab to bright and fab shows us that just about anything is possible when it comes to a fresh coat of paint, new furniture, and trendy throw pillows!

2) Outdated Emptiness --> Fresh, Trendy Coziness 
While the wood floors and bright windows make the bones of this room beautiful, the drab, outdated wood paneling and lack of decor just had to go. The transformation is undeniably beautiful, but didn't take a whole lot of work! Removing the wood paneling around the windows, repainting the walls and baseboards, and cozying up the room with new furniture, a nice rug, and plenty of pillows is just what this space needed to become the bright, airy beauty it deserved to be!

3) Chaos ---> Calm | Kitchen Reno
Everyone loves a good kitchen renovation... especially when the wow-factor ending looks like this reveal! It's amazing what new cabinets, flooring, and configurations can do to totally and completely change the look and flow of a kitchen area! This reveal might just be enough to make us change the channel to The Food Network (just kidding, you know we couldn't let our HGTV obsession go!).

4) From Cramped to Spacious | Kitchen Redo
Another kitchen redo that has our jaws dropping. While it's a bit difficult to even see that this is (indeed) the same room due to all of the reconfigurations and the added doors (where windows once were), this transformation is one to be envied! 

5) Junky Storage --> Serene Refuge | Bedroom Reno
Just one look at this before and our minds are racing. We find it difficult to believe anyone could function well in a space this chaotic! We're guessing the homeowners felt the same way, because the transformation of the space is to die for! From cluttered and chaotic to simple and serene, this bedroom transformation is one for the books. We love the minimal use of furniture, vibrant colors, and - of course - use of throw pillows that work to add character and functionality to this sweet bedroom reno. 

6) Chaotic Laundering --> Orderly Washroom
This makes our heads hurt even looking at it... talk about a stress-inducer! This laundry room renovation is one for the books and is sure to motivate even the least of laundry fans. Streamlined shelving, lack of clutter, and ample hanging space makes this a "Love It Or List It" favorite!
